1. Cinematic Media and Content retainers
Services such as cinematic video production, brand storytelling photography, and recurring media assets are provided on a project or retainer basis.
Cancellations: Clients may cancel their retainer agreements with a 30-day written notice.
Refunds: Due to the immediate allocation of labor and resources, fees paid for the current month's retainer are non-refundable.
2. Web Development and Design Projects
For project-based work, including custom website development, logo design, and branding:
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work.
Milestones: Further payments are tied to agreed-upon project milestones.
Refunds: If a project is cancelled prior to completion, BakersBureau will retain funds equal to the amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
3. Custom Tech & Software Solutions
For clients utilizing our bespoke software development services and custom tools:
Fixed Fee Projects: Custom software projects are billed in stages. Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
Maintenance: Post-launch maintenance retainers can be cancelled with a 30-day notice. Fees for the current maintenance cycle are non-refundable.
