All customer data, order history, and business metrics inputted into BakersBureau bespoke software by the client remain the exclusive property of the client. BakersBureau claims no ownership over your proprietary business data.
3. Data Processing and Analytics
BakersBureau acts as a data processor. We utilize aggregated, anonymized data across our systems to improve software performance and fix bugs, train AI and machine learning models to provide better marketing insights for our clients, and develop new features tailored to the bakery industry.
4. Data Security
We implement robust, industry-standard encryption protocols (both in transit and at rest) to protect client data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
5. Third-Party Integrations
If a client chooses to integrate third-party tools (e.g., accounting software, third-party delivery apps) with our bespoke systems, the transfer of data will be governed by the privacy and data usage policies of those respective third parties.
